Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of 4im.ng and any services provided by 4im Integrated Systems and its brands (4im Digitals, 4im Media, 4im Technologies and 4im Mobile Stores). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services & proposals

The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal or invoice. Work begins once you have accepted the proposal and made any agreed part payment.

2. Payments

Payments are due as stated on your invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts. Receipts are issued for all payments received.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any materials we need to deliver your project. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

4. Intellectual property

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you passes to you, unless the proposal says otherwise. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

5. Third-party products & partners

Some services involve third-party platforms, products or partners, such as CAC, app stores, hardware manufacturers or AI providers. Their own terms and warranties apply to those products.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
